My background is in business, journalism and communication studies; my work since has been in mobility, blockchain and AI. Austria's first free-floating electric car-sharing service.
- Built and scaled a fleet of 200+ Tesla Model 3 and Model Y
- At times around 30% market share against Daimler- and BMW-backed competitors
- Grew annual revenue to over €2M and the team to around 40 people
- Prepared the company’s expansion into Germany
- One of the first tokenized fleet models worldwide: users could buy a digital security on the fleet and earn along when the cars made revenue
- ≈3,000 t of CO₂ avoided
